At Peirce, all caregivers and teachers are members of the PTO (parent-teacher organization). We strive to be a hub for sharing information, encouraging engagement and connection, and enhancing our students’ elementary school experiences. Every Peirce student benefits by PTO-sponsored programs such as the Creative Arts & Science experiences; parents are invited to volunteer throughout the year at in-school events such as Library volunteers, Book Fair, and Color Day; and the PTO organizes several community building events throughout the year, such as Mom’s & Dad’s Nights Out, grade-specific winter movie nights/parties in the gym. As a part of the larger NPS community, the Peirce PTO can also help advocate for students and families.
The PTO sends out a weekly email as well as event/initiative invitations - if you do not already receive PTO communications, please email PeircePresidents@gmail.com, and we will add you to the list. Each grade at Peirce also has a WhatsApp group. If you’d like to be added to your students’ grade groups, let us know!
