NewtonSERVES Info and Sign Up – Sun, 5/4

NewtonSERVES Sunday, May 4th 1pm-4pm

All Peirce families are invited to participate in the annual NewtonSERVES program and help with a spring cleanup of the grounds at Peirce on Sunday, May 4th, from 1pm to 4pm. It’s a great way to join other Peirce and Newton families, show your school spirit, serve your community, and have fun getting your hands in dirt, while enjoying pizza!  Among other things, we will be cleaning up the planting beds around the school, spreading mulch, and adding wood chips to the Kindergarten playground. No special skills are needed!  The PTO will provide pizza, but please bring your own water. 

Families are invited to sign up for a shift or stay as long as they can! To assist with planning, please SIGN UP HERE and let us know when you can come!

In addition, we welcome any gardening equipment you might have (wheelbarrows, sheers, rakes) – we will gladly borrow these items and return them at the end of the day.
