For the school year 2019-20, the Peirce PTO will spend $151 per student, $43,000 in total, on Creative Arts & Sciences programs, Technology purchases, library books, community-building events and other school support.  The PTO raises funds to support this spending through the Mystery Dinner and an Annual Appeal.  Ticket sales for this year’s Mystery Dinner raised $15,000. To fully fund our expenses, our Annual Appeal goal is $28,000.

At Peirce we strive for an inclusive community.  For that reason, our goal is to raise $28,000 and reach 100% community participation.  No amount is too small, and all contributions make a difference as we work together to support our children’s education.  Last year, donations ranged from $25 to $1,000. The most common donation amounts were $250, $100, and $50. Every child at Peirce benefits from the money raised and all donations are 100% tax-deductible.
