All Fun Run donations are due tomorrow, Tuesday, June 15. 

Please make sure that your child documents all donations – cash, check, or electronic payment – using the pledge form (attached).  This will ensure they will get credit for funds raised. 

Once your pledges are collected, ask your child to put their pledged donations (cash and checks made payable to the Peirce PTO) and pledge form in an envelope labeled with their name.  Envelopes can be dropped off with Mrs. Carey in the front office. We can also accept electronic payments (using Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal) as long as the contribution is documented on the pledge form.

Note to 2nd Grade Families – Since the grade-level party will now happen after the Fun Run fundraising deadline (set for Tuesday, June 15), we ask that you either estimate the number of laps your child will complete or fill out “No” under “pledging per lap” on the Pledge Form and ask contributors to donate a set amount.  Mr. Nye advises that most students can run three to five laps of the Fun Run course during the allotted time.  If in doubt, we suggest estimating high…this is all for a good cause, after all!  

And tomorrow is also the last day to purchase raffle tickets using the online form.  All proceeds from ticket sales will support Vibha and the raffle winner will get to throw a pie in Mr. Chitty’s face!
