Color Day Volunteers Needed!

WHEN:  Wednesday, June 4th (Rain date – Wednesday, June 11th)
WHERE:  Peirce School Field
TIME:  8:50am – 12:15pm (volunteers report to the Peirce field at 8:30am)

WHAT IS COLOR DAY? Color Day is an event designed to bring a nice ending to the long school year by providing some unity, through recreation and physical activity, with all members of the school involved. The two major ingredients in making this day a success are… First, everyone gets to participate, and second, competition is kept to a minimum.  The kids have a blast! We are recruiting volunteers to help with the activities.  We need about 3 caregivers per station and there are 13 stations.  No experience is necessary. Ms. Herbert will orient everyone before the games begin (or whenever you arrive).

PLEASE NOTE:  Updated CORI/SORI Forms need to be on file with the main office before volunteering.  If you haven’t done so in the past three years, fill out the forms (found here), make a copy of your license, and drop it all off with Patricia (Trisha) Carey in the front office.  The HR office needs 5 business days to process the paperwork, so please do this ASAP!
