Don’t Miss the Upcoming End-of-School-Year Deadlines

Dear Peirce caregivers,

Welcome to the mad dash to the end of the school year! We know all parents and caregivers are dizzyingly busy with everything that the spring season brings. In an effort to help keep families on task with all things Peirce-related, we wanted to send along a reminder of upcoming deadlines. 

Friday, June 6: Peirce Directory Cover Art Submissions Due

  • The Peirce PTO Directory features one student’s artwork on the cover. To make a submission, have your childe use an 8.5″x11″ piece of white paper – make it colorful and show your Peirce spirit! Include your child’s name in pencil only on the BACK of the page. Take a photo of the artwork with your phone and submit to Erica Chamberlain at erica.s.chamberlain@gmail.com.  PLEASE KEEP THE ORIGINAL IN A SAFE PLACE.

Monday, June 9: Pizza Orders for Family Dance Due

  • Don’t miss our Family Dance, which will be on June 13! Pre-order dinner from Sweet Tomatoes using the link below and pick up your food at the event.  Orders must be placed by Monday, June 9th and pre-payment for your food order is greatly appreciated (PayPal link included in order form)!  A limited number of pizza slices will also be available to purchase at the picnic. Click here for Food Order form

Friday, June 13: Fun Run Donations Due

  • Peirce students are encouraged to raise money for a charity by soliciting friends and family (who can donate either based on the number of laps completed by the student, or a flat amount). Students are challenged to run as many laps as they can around the Peirce field as part of the Color Day activities.The student who raises the most money for NFP will get to throw a pie in Mr. McVey’s face!

    The Fun Run pledge form can be found HERE. Please make sure that your child documents all donations – cash, check, or electronic payment – using this form.  This will ensure they will get credit for funds raised. 

Friday, June 20: SchoolKidz School Supply Orders Due

  • The annual Peirce back-to-school supply drive allows you to order a kit containing the exact school supplies that Peirce teachers in each grade would like every child to have ready for school in September.  Save time, avoid hassle, and support Peirce too – a portion of the sales supports our PTO!  The kits will be delivered directly to Peirce before school starts and will be waiting for your child(ren) in the classroom.

***Remember to order the kit for the grade level that your child(ren) will be in for Fall 2025. When you order, please type in the name that will appear on the classroom roster for your child(ren) – no nicknames and not your name.***
