Family Dance Details & Food Order Form (Due 6/9)

Peirce Family Dance – Friday, June 13th from 6 to 8PM!

Save the Date for this much-loved annual event to celebrate the end of the school year (Rain Date is Wednesday, June 18th). 

Bring the whole family and enjoy dinner, ice cream, and dancing! You can pre-order food from Sweet Tomatoes using the link below or bring your own food and drinks.  Don’t forget your picnic blanket, water bottle and dancing shoes! Our favorite DJ Mike Pride will be spinning tunes and organizing some fun games for the kids.

Here are the details… 

  • Food. Pre-order from Sweet Tomatoes using the link below and pick up your food at the event.  Orders must be placed by Monday, June 9th and pre-payment for your food order is greatly appreciated (PayPal link included in order form)!  A limited number of pizza slices will also be available to purchase at the picnic.   • Volunteer to help out!  We are in need of volunteers to help with set up and clean up, and overseeing the tables handing out pizzas and ice cream tickets.  Please sign up using this link.
  • Ice Cream Truck. Free frozen treats will be available (one per child).  Adults, we ask that you accompany your kids to the ice cream table to pick up tickets and then you can head to the truck.  No payment needed!
  • Water. We strongly encourage everyone to bring their own reusable water bottles as we will not be providing water.
