Save the Date & Order Food for Family Dance! – Fri, 6/9

We hope you will join us for our year-end celebration on Friday, June 9th from 6 to 8PM!

The end of the year is in sight and the PTO invites you to celebrate at this much-loved annual event. Bring the whole family and enjoy dinner, ice cream, and dancing! You can pre-order food from Sweet Tomatoes using the link below or bring your own food and drinks.  Don’t forget your blanket and dancing shoes!  Here are the details… 

  • Food. Pre-order from Sweet Tomatoes using the link below and pick up your food at the event.  Orders must be placed by Monday, June 5th and pre-payment for your food order is greatly appreciated!  A limited number of pizzas will also be available to purchase at the picnic.  If you would like the order form translated, please be in touch.   • Volunteer to help out!  We need volunteers to help with set up and clean up, and some things in between.  Please sign up using this link.
  • Ice Cream Truck. Free frozen treats will be available.  Adults, we ask that you accompany your kids to the ice cream table to pick up tickets and then you can head to the truck.  No payment needed!
  • Water. Water will be available for purchase but we strongly encourage everyone to bring their own reusable water bottles.
